Governing use of this website and every order
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of magneticscreens.nl and any purchase you make from Magnetic Screens (a division of Caruso Consulting Co Ltd, "we", "us" or "our"). By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.
Use of the Website
You may use our website for lawful purposes only. By accessing the site you agree that you will not:
- Use the site in any way that breaches applicable laws or regulations.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, or interfere with the site's operation or security.
- Copy, reproduce or redistribute our content (text, images, branding and design) without our written permission.
- Submit false information or impersonate any person or entity.
All content on this website, including the Magnetic Screens name, logo, product imagery and copy, is our property or that of our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.
Products & Descriptions
We take care to describe our products accurately, including materials, dimensions and certifications. Product photos are for illustration; slight natural variation in colour and finish can occur. Sizes quoted are the maximum opening a screen covers before it is cut down to fit.
Pricing
All prices are shown in euros (EUR, €) and include VAT where applicable. We make every effort to ensure prices are correct at the time of publishing. If we discover an error in the price of an order you have placed, we will contact you to confirm whether you wish to proceed at the correct price before dispatching.
Orders & Purchase Terms
- Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. A contract is formed once we confirm and dispatch your order.
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, for example where stock is unavailable or where we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we will issue a full refund.
- You are responsible for providing accurate delivery and contact details. We are not liable for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect information.
Payment & Security
Payment is taken at checkout through our secure, encrypted (SSL) payment providers. We do not store your full card details. Your order will be processed once payment is authorised.
Shipping, Returns & Withdrawal
Delivery times, coverage areas, and full return and refund conditions are set out in our Shipping and Refunds & Returns pages, which form part of these Terms. Your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal is described on the returns page, including what applies to screens made to your measurements and to screens you cut down yourself.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- Our total liability arising from any order is limited to the amount you paid for the products in that order.
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or for loss of profit, data or opportunity.
- We provide the website "as is" and do not guarantee it will always be available, uninterrupted or error-free.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law. These Terms do not affect your statutory consumer rights. See also our Limitation of Liability page.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Dutch law, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you. Your statutory rights as a consumer remain unaffected.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time you place an order is the version that applies to that order.
