Delivery across the Netherlands
Delivery cost
Delivery is free on orders of €75 or more. Orders under €75 have a flat €25 delivery charge. We deliver to every postcode in the Netherlands.
Dispatch and timings
Allow up to 7 working days for delivery after dispatch within 2 working days. Screens are made and cut to order, so they are not picked off a shelf and sent the same afternoon.
Customs and import charges
Some orders are sent directly from our facility in Thailand by DHL Express, which takes up to 7 working days in transit. When that happens, customs in the Netherlands may charge import taxes, duties or a clearance fee when the parcel arrives.
These charges are not part of the price or the delivery cost you pay us, and we do not set them. They are paid by the person receiving the parcel, usually to DHL before delivery. We also show this note in your cart before you pay.
If DHL contacts you about a charge and you are not sure it is genuine, email us at theteam@magneticscreens.nl and we will check it with you.
Tracking
You get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships, so you can follow it to your door. See Track Your Parcel if you need help with it.
Larger or custom orders
If you are ordering for a whole house, or you need a size outside the standard range, ask for a quote before you order and we will confirm the timing with you.
