Window screens you cut to your own opening, fixed with magnets or velcro.
Measure the frame, not the glass
The fixing goes on the flat face of the frame around the opening, so that face is what the screen has to cover. Order the size above your measurement and trim the rest away. Mesh will overlap a frame edge happily; it will not stretch to cover a gap.
Magnetic or velcro
The magnetic version runs on a slim PVC frame and lifts off with a finger tab, so you can open the window in a second. The velcro version presses onto tape and costs less, but opening the window means peeling an edge back. On a window you open daily the magnetic one earns the difference.
Three mesh grades
Standard grey at 18 x 16 for flies, mosquitoes and wasps. Midge black at 20 x 20 if you are near water and the small biters are the problem. Pet mesh at 10 x 16 if you have a cat.
